Terms of Service

Effective July 30, 2026 · CommandCurve is a service of Hale Group LLC (“we”, “us”).

The service

CommandCurve maintains an accurate record of your business and, depending on what you’ve engaged us for, publishes and maintains it across listings, directories, your website, and AI-legibility layers; produces reports; and builds AI assistants, automations, and related tools as scoped projects.

Plans, projects, and billing

• Ongoing service is billed monthly, in advance, via Stripe-hosted invoices. Month to month — no long-term contracts. Cancel any time; service runs through the paid period.
• Projects (websites, assistants, automations, ads setup) are scoped and priced in writing before work starts. Half up front, half on delivery unless we agree otherwise in the scope.
• Third-party costs (ad spend, domain registrations, platform fees) are yours and are billed by those platforms directly unless the scope says otherwise.

Your part

• You confirm the business information you give us is accurate and that you’re authorized to act for the business.
• Where a platform requires it, you grant us access to manage your profiles (e.g. adding us as a manager on your business profile). You can revoke that access at any time.

Your data

Your business record is yours. Leave any time and we’ll hand over what we maintain (listings access, content, credentials we hold on your behalf) in usable form. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Honest limits

• We don’t control Google, Apple, OpenAI, or any other platform. We make your business as accurate and legible as those systems allow; we can’t guarantee a specific ranking, AI answer, or revenue outcome, and we won’t pretend otherwise.
• The service is provided as-is; our total liability for any claim is capped at what you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Ending things

Either of us can end ongoing service with notice effective at the end of the current billing period. We can suspend service for non-payment or misuse after telling you why.

Housekeeping

These terms are governed by Alabama law. If a term changes, the new version appears here with a new effective date; material changes get an email heads-up. Questions: info@commandcurve.com.
