Privacy Policy
Effective July 30, 2026 · CommandCurve is operated by Hale Group LLC (“we”, “us”).
What we collect
- What you send us: when you request an AI Presence Report or contact us, we collect what you type — your name, email, phone, business name, city, industry, website, and message.
- Client account data: if your business becomes a client, we maintain a record of your business (contact details, hours, services, offers, photos, platform listings) and console/portal account details (name, email, sign-in records).
- Billing: payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store card or bank numbers — we keep only invoice status, amounts, and links to Stripe-hosted pages.
- We do not use advertising trackers or sell analytics on visitors.
How we use it
- To prepare the report or reply you asked for, and to follow up about it.
- For clients: to keep your business information accurate on the platforms and directories you’ve engaged us to manage — that’s the service.
- To email you about your own account and work in progress. We don’t run drip campaigns and we don’t sell or rent your information to anyone.
Who sees it
- Service providers that run our infrastructure: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Resend (email), Stripe (billing), Cloudflare (photo storage). Each receives only what it needs to do its job.
- Platforms you’ve asked us to manage on your behalf (e.g. Google, Apple, Facebook) receive your business information — that’s the point of the service.
- No one else, unless the law requires it.
Your choices
- Email us at info@commandcurve.com to see, correct, or delete what we hold about you or your business. We’ll act on it promptly.
- Every email we send tells you how to make it the last one.
Retention & security
We keep lead and client records while the relationship is live and for a reasonable period after, then delete on request or on our own cleanup schedule. Access to our console is restricted to authorized Hale Group personnel with individual accounts; data is encrypted in transit.
